堵轉(zhuǎn)1小時-24小時的電機設(shè)計理念 長期堵轉(zhuǎn)力矩電機如何閉環(huán)控制
閉環(huán)式扭力控制在力矩電機應(yīng)用是通過力矩電機加裝編碼器來反饋信號完成的。通過接收信號與控制器預(yù)先設(shè)定的張力值相平衡,計算出控制信號,自動控制動作單元則使實際張力值與預(yù)設(shè)張力值相等,以達到張力穩(wěn)定目的。它是目前較力矩電機的張力控制方法簡單易行、成本低。用變頻器驅(qū)動變頻電機做張力控制是變頻電機加編碼器采集脈沖信號完成的。但工藝復(fù)雜成本高。
